Payment Fee and Gross-Up Calculator
Estimate a percentage-plus-fixed fee or the charge needed to receive a target.
Enter your details, or load the example to try this tool.
Method and input rules
Fee = charge × percentage + fixed fee. Gross-up = (desired net + fixed fee) / (1 − percentage). This is not a specific payment provider’s tariff. Use the applicable rate and currency yourself.
How to use
- Enter the values or content you want to process. Load example gives a complete starting point.
- Choose Run tool and review the result. Invalid input clears the result and displays an explanation.
- Copy or download the output. Document tools also provide a printable preview; use your browser’s Save as PDF option if needed.
Your inputs stay in this browser tab
This workspace processes your input on your device, without a processing-server request. It does not save your inputs or send a message. Favourites and recent history contain tool names only. Text inputs are limited to 100,000 characters and generated output to 1,000,000 characters.
Can I try the tool before entering my own data?
Yes. Choose Load example, then Run tool. Clear removes the workspace input and result; it does not change your saved favourites.
Does this check every real-world condition?
No. Read the method and limits above. A calculation uses the assumptions you enter; a conversion checks its supported structure; a document is a draft for you to review.

Start small, review the output, then use your own input. Sample files contain synthetic data.
