  1. 1Fill in your details

Type your name, title, company, phone, email, website, and any social links. The preview updates live as you type.

  2. 2Pick a layout

Choose Classic (photo left), Centered (no photo), or Compact (one line). Set your brand color to match your company.

  3. 3Copy into your email app

Click "Copy signature" and paste it into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail settings — or grab the raw HTML for a website.

Why use this signature generator

Table-based HTML that survives email

Email clients are picky. The generator builds old-school table markup with inline styles — the format Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail render most reliably.

True live preview

Every keystroke updates the preview instantly, so you see exactly what recipients will see before you copy anything.

Rich-text one-click copy

"Copy signature" copies the formatted version, ready to paste straight into your email settings with all styling intact.

Raw HTML and download too

Developers and designers can grab the clean HTML source or download it as a file for custom tweaks and templates.

Brand color matching

Set your company color once and it flows through the name, dividers, and links for a signature that matches your brand.

XSS-safe by design

Every field is HTML-escaped before it touches the signature, so stray markup or scripts can never break your emails.

Email signature FAQs

How do I add the signature to Gmail?
Click "Copy signature", then in Gmail open Settings, scroll to the Signature section, click "Create new", and paste into the editor. Save, and Gmail will attach it to new emails automatically.
How do I add it to Outlook?
Copy the signature, then in Outlook go to Settings, Mail, Compose and reply. Paste it into the signature box and save. In the desktop app, use File, Options, Mail, Signatures, then paste.
Will my photo show up for recipients?
Only if the image URL is publicly accessible on the internet — some mail apps block externally hosted images until the recipient allows them. If reliability matters more than a photo, use the Centered layout, which needs no image at all.
Why is the signature built with tables instead of modern CSS?
Email clients still render like it is 2005. Table layouts with inline styles are the one format that renders consistently across Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and Yahoo — modern flexbox and grid get mangled.
Is my information sent anywhere?
No. Everything happens in your browser. Your name, phone, and email never leave this page, and nothing is stored on any server.
Can I edit the HTML after copying it?
Yes — use "Copy HTML" or "Download .html" to get the source. It is plain, commented-free, inline-styled markup you can tweak by hand or hand to a developer.
How many signatures can I make?
As many as you like. There are no limits, no accounts, and no watermarks on any signature you generate.
